USED CRONUS ZEN UNREGISTER SERVICE

Problem: Bought a used Zen? It might still be linked to the previous owner's account, restricting you from joining the Cronus Community.

Instructions: 

1. Locate your Zen's serial number by connecting it to a PC (PROG USB) then open Zen Studio. The serial number is at the bottom right.
2. Add the serial number where prompted after you add to your shopping cart.
   
3. Your Zen will be unregistered and refreshed within 12 to 72 hours on business days (Mon - Fri).
